Shipment processing time

All orders placed before 4 pm CEST are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Europe

Standard Delivery - €12,95 EUR

• Estimated Delivery 2 - 5 working days

• Free standard delivery for orders above €70 and up.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Custom Duties and Taxes: For orders placed from the United Kingdom, please note that you, as the customer, are solely responsible for any custom duties or taxes that may be incurred upon importing the goods. Huyg1656 (huyg1656.com) does not assume any responsibility for these additional charges, nor do we have control over them. It is advisable to familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations and tax policies to understand any potential costs associated with your order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Damages

Huyg1656 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
